Utility locating is not an exact science. Subsurface conditions, soil composition, interference, undocumented installations, abandoned lines, and inaccurate records may affect results.
Our services represent professional opinions based on equipment readings and field conditions at the time of inspection.
True Precision does not warrant or guarantee:
Identification of all underground utilities
Detection of non-conductive materials not identifiable by EM
Discovery of all subsurface anomalies
Future site conditions after markings are completed
Excavation should always proceed with caution and in accordance with applicable safety regulations.
Clients are responsible for contacting 811 for public utility marking where required by law.
By engaging our services, clients acknowledge these limitations and agree that True Precision’s liability shall be limited to the service fee paid.
