1. Scope of Services

True Precision provides private utility locating services using electromagnetic (EM) and ground penetrating radar (GPR) technology.

Services are based on site conditions, available records, and industry-standard practices at the time of service.

2. No Guarantee of Complete Utility Identification

While we use professional equipment and certified technicians, subsurface conditions vary.

True Precision does not guarantee the identification of all underground utilities, abandoned lines, privately installed systems, or undocumented facilities.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project location details

  • Marking site boundaries when necessary

  • Securing appropriate permissions

  • Contacting 811 where required by law

  • Verifying markings before excavation

4. Markings and Reports

Surface markings and documentation reflect conditions observed at the time of service.

Markings may degrade due to weather, construction activity, or time. Clients should request re-verification if excavation is delayed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Precision’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are due according to the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to fees.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
